I will be returning to work real soon. I am down to 228lbs. I really can't tell that I have lost any weight. My husband and other family members comment on my weight loss, but I really don't feel any different. I just started walking yesterday. It felt really good. I will start working out at the gym real soon also. Hopefully, this will speed up the weight loss a little.  I am really happy and can't wait to get into some new summer dress. I am in a size 16 jean pant now. Looking forward to getting into a size 14.  I will try to keep you all posted and add some new pictures to my postings. Good Luck All!
