Still waiting to get all test results in to Castle so a surgery date can be scheduled.  Nerve wracking.  I'm using an app in my iPhone called "Lose It" where I can record everything I've eaten and all exercise I've done, then it lets me know how many calories I've consumed and burned as well as all the nutrients I've had.  It's a very very cool app for iPhone users.  I wish it was available for any computer user.
