Wow, it's been since September since I've blogged.  I've been doing major avoidance and it's showing on the scales.  I actually gained a few pounds so I've been over 200 for several months now.  Maybe if I check in to this website more rather than Facebook, it will help me get focused again cuz right now, I sure ain't!  

Lots has happened in these past few months.  I had my gallbladder removed in August, went to Texas for my daughter's wedding in September and started a new job in November.  I've been using the job as an excuse to not exercise because I have to leave so early and get home late.  Granted, it is a legitimate deal, but there are ways to work around it.  And I still tend to let my eyes and emotions rule my eating rather than my common sense and health needs.  I'm still much better than I used to be, however I'm not where I want to be.  Yet.
