Well be still my little heart,   I never thought in a million years I would get here but DAMN it has happened!  OHHHHHH happy day.  I wasnt going to claim it until I reached under 130 and as of this morning I was 129.8.  So now I officially own it.  This has been an amazing journey.  There are times when I think I have this licked and then times when i think I am going to wake up and be obese again.  I calmly try to talk myself thru the white knuckle episodes and remind myself of all the learnings I have accumulated along this route will enable me to be a success.  

  During this weight loss i have tried to minimize the compliments, the achievments, and the buzz my transformation has created.  I have always felt being my own toughest critic  will help me  achieve the brass ring and allow me to not become complacent.   But this day, will be forever embedded in my mind.  For once, and just for today.....I WILL LET MY GUARD DOWN and allow myself to relish in the basking glow.   Today I will allow myself the joy, the glory,  the tears and the sense of a great acomplishment that hard work and plenty of sweat has paid.  I am giving my inner perfectionist the day off, with pay!.....lmao
