on July 13, 2007 9:27 pm HI everyone,Just checking in, I am pre-op,just waiting to go back in to Dr.Stiles next month at ssf Kaiser,hopefully I will be at goal by then.If so then I will be scheduled to see the surgeon.:) I am going to local support groups which help. I am following the suggested 1200 calorie diet pretty well.Getting my daily exercise in too.The closer it get's,the more confident I am that this is the right decision.

4/23/07 Hi everyone,I got my orientation appt in the mail for may 7th 2007,excite about that,it is in ssf Kaiser. Next week I am going to my local kaiser for blood work and chest xray and ekg.I feel like I am on way way :) |
