Surgeon Testimonial David Lautz, M.D. The surgeon was very professional. His office staff is great. His adminstrator is a little rough around the edges but knows her job and is alot a fun. The office staff overall are very nice and professional. The program is very well structured and focuses on presurgery and aftercare. They have a program that is focused on wholistic comprehsive care. They have a hotline manned by R.N.s and N.P.s The surgery risks were explained at the information session which is required of all patients and at the initial consult. SICK OF BEING SICK
Well i have been sick with the flu for a little over a week now..  ..I have had some difficulty not eating crap  . I do not know if it is my body or my brain that makes me crave Carbs IN A BIG WAY. I have been doing O.k. with my diet...but not great.. ...I have not been food shopping so my choices are limited.... ..The good news is I have not gained back any weight.....I am actually down about 2 lbs... ..I knew this would happen....I did not think I would continue to lose the way I was....BUT I REALLY WANT TO GET BACK TO THE GYM !!!  I have less than 1 month until I go to Florida...and I want to be 10 lbs lighter.. ...well I need to take a nap
