Ki Hyun Oh M.D. The one thing I would say about Dr. Oh is that he's not there to be your friend. However, he's done about twenty billion of these surgeries and you couldn't really ask for a more skilled surgeon. My personal opinion is that if you require friendly banter or amiable interaction and great bedside manner, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a smart doctor with a low rate of complications, Dr. Oh might be a good surgeon for you.
Four week appointment At my 4-week followup on Friday, I weighed in: 354. That puts me down about 48 pounds from my heaviest and about 18 since surgery. I'm happy with that, I suppose. Except that I'm betting most of that weight came from my boobs. :( But the comments have started coming, that I look great, etc.
Not much else to update on since last post. I am allowed to start swimming though, so I might do that one of these days. Oh, and apparently I'm allowed to take pills again in a month or two! That's going to make my life so much freaking easier! Can't wait!

Wow, Rochelle! That's so exciting! Congratulations on the crazy amounts of weight loss! You are, indeed, looking absolutely beautiful (as always!) and I can really tell a difference. Before you know it you'll be taking that 'after' picture! I'm so proud of you. We still on for the gym today? :)

Congratulations Rochelle!
Now the hard part -- to not have "stinkin' thinkin'". I still have it, doubting myself, thinking I screwed up, etc -- you know what I mean!
P.S. -- yeah the boobs are the first to go!!!
