He was very professional. I would highly recommend.

Working with his billing after surgery has been easy and they will work with you.

on October 13, 2010 2:05 pm
While i've been MIA here I have been very present in life! :)

Food: Eggface is a genius and I love her!  http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com

Friends: tons and love them!  I'm doing a nutrition exchange with a friend and its been so much fun

Events: Theater, ballet, dance, opera, musicals, comedy clubs,

Athletics: I'm officially one of each of these: Duathlete and 10k'r. I completed my first Duathlon (run, bike, run) in September. I completed my first 10k on 10/10/10 (only fitting right?)

Whats yet to come:  I will become an auntie at the end of the month.  A new relationship is on the horizon. 10mile race in Tempe. Volunteering.  27more lbs until my goal. 8more lbs until ONEderland! Surgery Anniversary date 11/24/10!!! My first half marathon. My first Olympic Distance Triathlon. My first full Marathon.  2011 here I come!

Extras: I'm tired of buying clothes. I bought my first padded bra ever. I bought my first strapless bra ever.  I am no longer plus size.  I love the goodwill. I do not dump. REI, and SPorts Authority love me. Issues with water intake.
Though I am still 6'2, I have lost a shoe size. lol

My Story

Always an athlete, always an overeater. When I turned 20 I suffered a physical and emotional blow. I herniated a disc in my lower back which peirced another disc in my lower back causing me to get a staph infection, ending my athletic career.

So with athletics behind me and a walker and plastic body cast in front and on me I had to learn a new way to live. The walker and body cast didnt last too long but my eating habits never changed. 5500-6500 calories a day... put 160lbs on me super fast.

So here I am 11 yrs later, with all the weight on me...and unhappy, stressed, confused and angry that i cant change something as simple as eating.

I just want to stop overeating.
