Ramblings of an Insane mind!
Writing that have made it before the zombies ate my brain!

57 pounds down
Well I went to support group yesterday, and I brought up my concern to the doctor that I thought I was loosing too slowly.
Three people who had the same surgery type and day, lost the following, 120lbs,100lbs, and 80lbs....and me 57.

I now weight 200 lbs. he said it could be because I am small, 5'3 and considerably lightweight.
He asked what I wanted to weigh, I had no clue what I should weigh so I gave him a number of 130 pounds, he said that is too little, I thought I should be even lower than that, because of my height and frame. He said 157 might be good, so he wants me to lose 57 more pounds.

What would be a good goal weight?
And what are some ideas for loosing faster?

Hi I am having my rny on the 23 My doctor said at 5 "8 my start weight is 245 I should lose 110 pounds at 135 I should be to goal i think it is to low. I have a mother who is 5'2 she is 160 she needs to be around 120 she is still heavy at 160 . you stop when you feel good . The only sugesstion I have is find a exercise group and do weight training I had the best sliming result with the hand weights . I do tapes at home like Leslie Sansone. Please ask your doctorfirstbutany stall can be broken with weights and exercise
