hello energy! it's nice to see you again!  since you've come to stay i've been able to start walking again and although it's tough i can already walk much further than i could before my surgery.  next task i need your help with is getting back on the bike and riding thru my wonderful city!  energy...i love you! ;)

i'm feeling a bit depressed today, i've been in my first stall for the last 2 weeks. i know part of the problem is that i don't exercise and i'm trying to get up the motivation to change that.  I have back problems & asthma that make it hard to do the physical things that i used to do but my energy is really up so i'm hoping to get out and start walking as soon as the weather cooperates.  uggggg! why does it have to be so hard?
