I have no idea what to do or where to start. All I know right now is that I fit the requirements. I am 240lbs and have a BMI over 40. I am insulin resistant from the weight gain and wasent before. I have had all the tests to see whats wrong with my body and why I gained 100lbs in six month  when I was 18 and havent been able to lose the weight since. I have been to many different doctors, I have seen a nutriionist. I have had a personal trainer. I followed food and workout diets with all them, the personal trainer, many doctors and the nutrionist. The only time I had any success was when I was on phentromine but it was temporary and I gained it right back as soon as the pills stopped working. I cant concieve a child due to my weight either. My self esteem has plumpted and my marriage suffers. I have almost reached that point where you just dont try anymore.  For years I have had no success and it is very discouraging. I want to be healthy, in shape and feel sexy, not feel all the negative things I do now.
So where do I start? Do I try to get approved first through my insurance, or do I find a doctor first and then he helps me get approved. I have so mnay questions and dont know where to even start. Im just frusterated
