    Friday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

wow its been over a yr now..missed my own 1 yr anniversary but i got a good excuse i have a broken collar bone  n rib..cooped up in house with nothing to do...which makes me mad cos i have lost a 129 lbs...1/2 of me plus a lb. WOW i have gotten my life back n its so great to be able to do anything with out having to stop every 5 min. i recommend IF ur thinking of having RYN go 4 it, it saved my life...tks

6 months anniversary

good morning my friends...it is my 6 months anniversary and i have lost 92 lbs..i have had so many wow moments and have taken my life back!!! if you are thinking about having this surgery i highly recommend you do, it will CHANGE your life for the better!!!! i can do things i only dreamed of a yr ago and do it with out taking a break every 5 min or huffing and puffing....

well its been 5 months since ive had my surgery and its the best thing to ever happen in my life in years!!! i have lost 81 lbs....

2 1/2 weeks post-op

good morning my friends

i have had a GREAT 2 weeks NO pain except lower back..and having trouble with protein shakes so havent gotten my daily intake in yet...havent been hungry at all and so far no head hunger problems.. i am thinking the peanut butter  was my problem with shakes so gonna try today with just s/f pudding in it.. i havent lost a lost in lbs but clothes r getting looser a lot and its a good feeling!!! any 1 thinking of having this surgery i greatly recomend it...well im off to work have a GREAT day

1 week post op

wow i cant believe a week has already pasted since i had surgery!!!! and i have felt so good only had pain 1 day and that was from swelling and bruising. ive been bored though. not used to having to stay home!!! hahaha but im gonna work on a baby afhagan im gonna make  for new grandbaby coming in feb.
 now i never did quit smoking ALL the way be4 surgery but did manage to cut down a lot...but havent had a cig in 7 days not even 1 drag and so far im doing ok!!!! yeah onto a healthier me!!!!
 this was a LONG journey and a few times i wondered if it would  ever happen and it finally did..still havent heard 1 peep out of my 2 oldest kids,,sighs  hurts but life goes on..... well time to sip on some broth and 2 more days till i move to stage 2 YAAAAAAAA hahaha  love ya all
