So my JT bunkle broke his wrist. Sucks, he broke my perfect record to, of not having any children break anything, lol...

I was able to meet my Gina, Jill and Pat. Girls, it was great!

Got a personal trainer this week. I got the best deal. It is good to have friends.. I am with a private gym now with my trainer 3 times a week. I thought I was doing good with my cardio, weight lifting and dancing.. Aw, no think again... When you have a trainer that is good, man, there is no way I will "get" comfortable". Can we say "sore"!!!  And that, is good because you want your body to be challenged. Otherwise, you don't continue to burn the most calories.

Other then going to my chrio, work and gym, I don't have alot of time to play.But I was able to go dancing for the first time since surgery, out in da club last saturday..
I was super sexy dancing the lastest club dances. We danced for 6 hours straight, and I could not get enough. I am so pumped.......

6 months out today.....

Today I am 6 months out. It feels like a lifetime ago.... WOW I am now weighing 196.5.. I have been working out fanactically. I was in the ER on the 30th for kidney stones. I have had them before, and knew after this surgery, I would more then likely have them. I passed a 4 cm one and have 3 more that need to pass. I am fine. I have my Percocet to keep the pain down.


I was in a seriuos car accident on my home from my part time job from doing the political survey's. Go figure. It was a hit n run. He totally me car by t-boning my passenger left side and sent me to the hospital. I was there for 3 days from a spained back and neck. My witnesses got the lincense plates, cops found the dude 36 hours after the accident.

Cop told me that I was lucky to walk away from the accident with minor injuries to myself. But they did not arrest the guy that hit me, he is terminally ill. So that makes it ok?.... WELL needless to say my attorney is right on it.

But I am lucky to be alive. Any closer to my drivers seat, and the impact would have killed me from snapping my neck.

Other then these issues, I am feeling fine. I am thankful every day, in every way that I have the gift of life.
