Well what a darn long week another week of recovery I am so tired of being tired! I still have all these darn staples but the
drain got come out yesterday. well I don't feel good today so I will keep this short and add to it later!!!

well hello what a time I have had well I will start off by saying I miss you Mom !!!!
Ok lets go back to may 1st my dad leaves to drive to NY as my parents spend 3 months out of the year to spend at their new piece of property they bought in up state New York where  I was born ok so my mom was to fly out on the 12th.
ok may 6th my sister was having hernia repair and panni so in the middle of that night out the 5th my niece calls and says my Mom was brought to th ER for shortness of breath they said she has phanmina in both lungs  my sister had her sugery and ended up dehydrayed and needed blood well my mom is not getting any better in fact they moved her to ICU and now Sunday my sister gets out of the hospital I push her up in the wheel chair to see mom. sister comes home to stay with me so I can take care of her ..... we call Dad and tell him to come home to make a long terrible story not so long turns out my mom was very very sick and had pulnmary phibrosis and passed away unexspectedly on May 18 my surgey had already been schedualed for may 28th so I went ahead and did my surgery. Went pretty good all but the small hernia turned out to be a big hernia that was a mess under my belly button that turned out to be not saved!  I had 116 staples and 2 drains put in was in the same hospital as sister and mom but all went ok worst care I had ever been giving at any hospital! it was bad......ok so now 1 week after having that 11 pounds removed  and the hernia I did not even know I had .... down to only 5 pain pills a day .... Wow I look in the mirror and I truely like what I see I know I did not have a TT a nice flat tummy I still have that jiggly stuff hanging but guess what it is nothing compared to what I used to have ..... my back does hurt  but it's from the way I have to sleep cause I am a side sleeper and can't do that right now so my back feels a little out! oh well thats nothing that an ajustment won't fix in  a month or so! ok well thats all for now and will post more later!!!!  

                               Man what can be happening that the years are just flying by OMG I am almost 40 no way I can't even say it! I told my kids I am staying 38 (really today i am 39) but I just like the way 38 sounds your not too old but yet your old enough!  
                               What a year Went back to work at the school what a great decision that was! My husbands work has come down to almost nothing his frign insurance would not cover me nor our oldest son Me because I had RNY and our oldest son because he is too heavy and too tall ever hear of such bull shit!!!! well so at least I had time to pull everyone on my school board insurance what a frign year for all that too just seems like some ones out to get me as in well being wise I had to have my gall bladder out in Feb of 09  then I had a another tooth pulled out from the back ! then I get a frign piece of hair stuck in my ear that had to be taken out by the Dr then I go to a frign YOGA class you know great relaxing but great for toning ya right I must have put so much pressure from my fat butt down on my knee now it's swollen about 2 times it's size !!Well to hear some really gooooooooood news I am having this apron of skin cut off my tummy in a little over a month hip hip hoorey! Yes hip to hip the Dr said about 15 pounds of skin and flab will be removed OMG I really can't wait oh yeah and he said I have a small hernia but it's no big deal man I truly can't wait it's like when I was waiting for the count down to my RNY but better this is going to be great I know the healing is going to be bad and all but I am strong and I can do this !
So that is pretty much a good up date been checking out all the pictures I can from the panniectomy's on here !!!

                   Well 2 years have gone by and OMG if I even thought this is how great life could be ...
I am doing really well but this maintaining thing is very hard and I really have to work at it! I allowed my self to gain about 17 pounds past my lowest weight and I felt horrible I felt like I let myself down how could I have done this and then I got tough I turned it around and said stop blaming yourself and talking about it do something I did I went back to the 2nd week I had my surgery and did my proteins every four hours and watch and wrote down what I was putting in my mouth and yeah I got 12 of it back off and I am trying for 10 more REASON for 10 more that will put me at 175 and that is where I want to be for the last week of May 
               Why I am having all this hanging skin cut off!!!! A kind of tummy tuck called a pannilectamy where they remove the hanging skin that is over the pubis area !  I was really suppose to do it next week but I need more time to heal and so i am going to wait til schools out and do it the day we get out so I was told every 10 pounds lost is 2 more inches of skin they can remove and I want it to be removed as much as I can anyways! 
                        Oh yeah I did have to have my gall bladder out in Feb of 09 what pain that was not the surgery but the attacks!!!! OMG that was some kind of pain you just can't explain it was like having a baby and heart burn and constipation all together wow not fun well I am going to post a 2 year photo this weekend ! and I sure do hope everyone is well and what a ride but a good one! I started at 305  and size 26 pants back in 2007 and now 2 years later 185 and size 12 pants!
