1 Week out from surgery

First off I Love this site it's so helpful. Super sore in my belly button region and uper right side. Other then that i'm good. Just not been able to eat hardly anything at all and have no interest in eating. Trying to get in as much fluids as I can and can't wait to feel back to normal :)

Almost Got Everything

I'm super excited just waiting on 1 more thing that should be here tomorrow so I can get it all sent into the insurance to see if they will approve me for surgery. I'm ready to start this new journey to my new life and DS is the perfect tool I need to help me :)

My Story

I'm 27 years old and have been heavy all my life as far back as i can remember. I'm still very active even at my current weight which is now close to 500 pounds.  I've been trying to get the surgery for at least 4 years when i first started trying i was only 400 pounds and was told i was to heavy to get the surgery and it was very upsetting. I just would like to lose at least half my weight. I wanna beable to have kids but was told at my weight that it's very unlikely and that makes me sad. So hopefully I will beable to get the help that i need oneday I don't wanna end up at the point where i'm stuck in bed and unable to do anything for myself im very ready to start this journey in my life and would like help and advice on the way and figured this would be a great place to find it.
