Steven C. Poplawski, M.D., F.A.C.S.
I meet Dr. Poplawski on September 12/2006 in MI at my first consult! My first impression of Dr. Poplawski was how friendly he was! He explained how the procedure was done, how long it takes, the pros and cons of having it done, what to do before surgery, the risks with the surgery, etc. His staff were very helpful and kind. I can't really say there was anything I dislike about him! I mean we did wait for a long time to see him but there were about 20 other people in front of me! So it shows that he took the time to listen and answer any questions and concerns that one might have! He was very foward about the risks! But I see it this way, you can't say you didn't know what the risks were! At first I was scared and that is why it took me almost a year to make my decision! OH really helped me see that as a surgeon Dr. Pop is responsible for letting us know the risks! One thing that stood out the most was his smile and sense of humor! Thanks for all the info. Dr. Pop!

  • Family & Friends - I'm very close with my family and friends, we get together almost everyday!
  • Motorcycles - I've always dreamed of riding a motorcycle and one day I would like to at least.
  • Music - I love all kinds of music but if I want to relax I listen to classical.
  • Interior Decoration - I love changing things around in my house almost every other week!
  • Camping - I've been camping since I was 3 months old & have continued this with my daughte
  • Education - My goal is to go back to school for Medical Office Assistant or Dental Assistant
  • Horses - Both my daughter and I love horses!
  • Sports Cars - I would love to drive a race car at least once in my life.
  • Dancing - From a young age I loved to dance and now my daughter loves to dance too

    Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else.
