The staff is great I think the unfriendly one got fired or quiet. He and his staff or true ,even his wife work's there how sweet can that be.If you research his name than you can see way he is the one.The after care program is so awsome that I can't waite ro go. He will tell it like it is. He will even decuss his patient or patient's thay did not make it. he put's the b in bedside manners. I know I have choosen the right man for the wls.
