Pre - pre-op diet

I go in for my pre-op consultation & exam on May 30th and begin my pre-op diet on the 31st. My BFF went in today for hers with the same doctor and was told the pre-op diet was basicly the Adkins Diet Introduction Phase with 1 day of liquids the day before the surgery. In order to get prepared and feel like I am actually moving foward in this process, I am going to begin this way of eatting with her tomorrow. I have dione Adkins before and feel confident I can remain compliant up until my surgery which is June 12th.
