I'm approaching 40, been battling obesity all my life, ready to make a drastic change!!  I started dieting in high school (MediFast), and I've done the yo-yo thing ever since then.  Lost 50lbs. in 2000 doing Metabolife (back when it still had the Ephedra in it, yahoo!) in 8 mos.  Gained it all back plus 25 once I got preggo w/ 1st child.  2nd pregnancy sent me into morbid obesity.  After that pregnancy, lost 30 lbs. on anti-depressants (yay!), but once the appetite suppresant side effect wore off after a couple of months, I gained it all back.  Ready to do something permanent and can't wait to get my sleeve!!  Insurance won't cover it, so we're self-pay and going to see Dr. Alvarez in Mexico!  YAAAAYYY!
