Feeling kinda lost.......

I had my first Nut appt since surgery and she wants me to eat 1100-1200 calories,but I dont want to I need to take advantage of not wanting to eat or being hungry as long as I can, and almost everyone who has lost great was doing 600-800 calories so I have removed my ticker because it is a distraction to me and I am going to reset my goals in MFP,I am going to kick up the exercise and get that scale moving again, I have set goals to be able to reach them, but as far as feeling lost its just like I am feeling my way thru this with no direction, so I am getting my head into the game to do what needs to be done..!!!

Daughters Birthday

This is the 1st occasion since surgery and did pretty good, Had a hard time deciding on what restaurant to go to and one of her friends chose the Olive Garden which was a great choice, I had  a bowl of the chicken Gnoocci or something like that and was satisfied only to find out the soup was all you can eat...... so of course I had a 2nd bowl just to still be eating by the time they got their food, I didnt eat the dumplings that were in it so it was just broth with soft chicken in it.. delish! I had also order some stuffed mushrooms but brought it home and gv to DH who had to work and could not go.Yes I did have a sliver of cake it was ok and I didnt need anymore than a taste.

Protein from meals.....

Is getting easier, I am up to 800 calories now but I am feeling guilty. I am burning 500 or more calories per my body bugg, it seems like the days I work out I am hungrier all day not sure if I like that weight loss is not as big anymore I think I will go back to 2 protein shakes a day and a meal, I was so happy to be able to finally eat I might have went over board, not really but I went from losing a pound a day or more to .6 or .4 a day.. ready to get my head back in the game to get to my first goal of 50pds.

Well I am sitting here today wanting me to be 3 months out not 3 weeks...I want to be able to eat regular food just small amounts. I am back on shakes since could not get protein on purees, I did have some Fat free turkey chili yesterday with cheese about 2 oz at 2 settings it was delish! it is to much trouble trying to figure out what to eat. Just whining I guess post op appt with doc yesterday went well he said I was doing above average with my loss..I dont have to go back until my birthday in Oct.

My Story

My story..I started gaining weight after high school and after children, and after being stressed out from my 1st marriage and so on and so forth, I am ready to enter my 50's healthy and more active, my 30's and 40's were the years I took care of everyone else, well it is
my turn! I am about to get selfish with this thing. I look at all of the sucesses on this site and still wonder if it is possible for me?

Believe it or not I love to exercise! but the problem are my feet, the weight is to much, I have heel spurs and plantar faci? and the
doctor said no use doing surgery if the weight is not loss. So I am no longer going to sit on the sidelines I am putting myself in the game
so you can look for me on the losers bench around June!
