My Story My story..I started gaining weight after high school and after children, and after being stressed out from my 1st marriage and so on and so forth, I am ready to enter my 50's healthy and more active, my 30's and 40's were the years I took care of everyone else, well it is my turn! I am about to get selfish with this thing. I look at all of the sucesses on this site and still wonder if it is possible for me? Believe it or not I love to exercise! but the problem are my feet, the weight is to much, I have heel spurs and plantar faci? and the doctor said no use doing surgery if the weight is not loss. So I am no longer going to sit on the sidelines I am putting myself in the game so you can look for me on the losers bench around June! I love this site.!  |
