I want to say in my opinion Dr. Naziri is the best surgeon. I am very pleased. I have had no complications and feel like if I ever do, he will be there for me. everyone in the office seems to care. I can honestly say that I have no complaints about Dr. Naziri or any of the staff.

The surgeon's office faxed me the paper with all of the appointments.  I have all of my appointments scheduled.  The latest is the May 23rd, the nutrition consult.  So, I should be on my way by the end of May.

lost in the mail?????

I called the surgeon's office yesterday, to ask if there are any other appointments that I should be making.  She asked if I had received the letter from her with what I need checked off.  I haven't received it.  She told me she sent it last Thursday.  She told me to wait until the end of the week to see if it comes.  Why doesn't the junk mail or bills get lost or held up.  It seems like when I am anxiously waiting for something in the mail, it always gets lost or takes a really long time to get here.  Well, anyway, I just called her again to see if she would fax me the copy of the letter.  I want to get everything scheduled.  I don't want to wait.  I hope I don't get on her nerves by calling her again.  But, it is so important to me.

Nutrition Apt

I got a letter today with the date of my nutrition apt.  It is May 23.  That is a long time to wait.  I was hoping that it would be in April.  I guess I need to be happy that I already have it scheduled.

I just got a call to schedule my endoscopy!  It is for April 5.  I am so happy.  Things are moving now.  I never thought it would ever get rolling.  YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One step closer

Yesterday, I went to the patient education class.  I learned alot, but thanks to all of the info I get from here, I already knew alot.  I am so excited.  Now I have to wait to get my apts for all the test/evals.  & Guess what, I thought my insurance was one of the worst...... it is really good.  Some of the others ask for 6 mos.  of weight loss & fitness program.  The nurse also said that w/BCBS they can usually get approval the same day, with the others it can take weeks.  I am so excited!!!!!!!
