    Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. Week 17

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!  I finally had a kinda big #.  I lost 5 pounds this week!  I took some good advice and stopped drinking while I eat.  It does make me get fuller faster!  I am so happy.  Last week I was sad.  I thought that I had ruined my chances.  I am still going to the gym.  I also have a new favorite.  I crave KFC slaw and biscuits.  I don't do well with the chicken.  I ate some of the chicken and I almost didn't make it to the bathroom.  I threw up.  I also threw up when I ate some chicken at Golden Corral.  It seems like the carbs go down so much easier.  I never really liked KFC, but now I could eat the slaw everyday.  I usually eat some deli turkey first to get my protein in.  I think that even though I don't lose pounds, I lose inches.  I can't beleive that I have lost 68 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  WOO HOO!!!
