Rex A. Sherer M.D. I had heard so many good things about Dr. Sherer. My first impression him was great. The whole office staff are all very understanding and care about you. He talked about the risk of the surgery and what could happen. I would rate him a 10. He covers every thing. Most important, He is a good Christian Man. That is the one thing in a doctor i was looking for. Love of the LORD.
I havent updated in a few months. Everything is great. Still the same weight and everything. I guess what im saying is im maintaining my weight which is good. I have finsihed loseing all the weight i need too. I still weigh 115 lbs. My total loss is 140 lbs. Im wearing a size 2 in Juniors. Im planning Plastic Surgery in Feb. Actually its the same date and time as my RNY. I will be 2 years out on February 23, 2009.
My how time flies when you are loseing weight. It just doesnt seem like it has been 17 months since i had RNY. Im still just as excited as when i was when i was given a date. Im on my next adventure. Im planning Plastic Surgery with Dr. Bunch in Tuscaloosa. I have a date set. Its going to be October 8th. I am having a lift with Implants, arm lift, and Tummy Tuck and then will go back later for a Medial Thigh Lift. Im so excited. My weight is stable. Im still at 115 lbs and wearing Junior's 1 and 3 and some Little Girls 14/16.
I think i am stable now. I weighed and measured at Curves yesterday. I m a little late on updating. I stayed the same in weight and inches except i last Body Fat. 2 more points.
Everything is rockin along good. I have lost all the weight i need to loose or want to loose. I may have lost some inches this month i haven't measured. Im wearing Juniors clothes and i can wear a Large and XL in Little Girls clothes. I would have never thought that i would be this small. I feel great.
I have been overweight most of my entire life. Their was 3 years where i had lost the weight only to gain it back after the birth of my son. So for the past 10 years i have been trying really hard to get it off. I have tried everything that has been advertised. Weight Watchers worked once but not this time. I have tried meridia, phentermine, Trim spa, the patch are the main ones but everything on tv. My doctors suggested Gastric Bypass several times and i said absolutly not. I finally said what would it hurt. I have done my research and talked to people who had it done. I finally decided it was for me. So in February 2006 i will have the surgery done. Blue Cross finally gave the approval. Im so excited i cant wait.
