    Well it's been 3 months and all is going well. This is a learning experience. Everyday is an adventure. But I am off of a lot of meds. I am thinner!!! Feeling great, I wouldn't change a thing.

Just wanted to say hi to everyone who reads this.  I have been heavy all my life.  I feel that I am at a point in my life that I need to take a big step and gain control.  Doing my research and taking all in what I can.
