Hello,
My name is Kristin and I've been overweight my entire life.  My first diet was when I was 8 y.o. and Weight Watchers for the first time when I was12 y.o.  I've had moderate success losing weight, from time to time, but it always found me with some extra lbs.  It seems I was able to remain fairly healthy until I turned 40 y.o., then everything changed.  I'm nervous and excited for this journey to a healthy body and mind.
