Had another appt. with Dr. Zentner this week. lost 4 more pounds. yippee. Not easy to do. Definitely worth the work though. I have my second appt with Dr. Malik in December. Dr. Zentner says surgery will most likely be January or February. Getting more

For those living in the Victoria area. What do you use for plain protein powder? Also where do you buy it at?

Saw Dr. Zentner today. She told me i have been approved for the sleeve. Yippeee. She said surgery will be in 3-6 months

So today i had my orientation at the Bariatric Clinic here in Victoria. Learned a bunch of new stuff. Already knew quite a bit of what they had told us. Got the requisition for blood work and my ECG. Today made it start to feel more real. Not gonna lie
