Pregnancy thougts / Goals

I would like to get pregnant some time this year, so I have to be realistic on this one I was sorting through old pictures last night, and I can't believe how big I have gotten in the last 10 years. I am not surprised at the scale this morning, I guessed it within 1.5 pounds before I got on. I am not feeling particularly great about the number, but I am also not feeling particularly discouraged. I know what needs to be done, and if I want to have a a healthy pregnancy in the next year, I need to focus on healthy loosing at a steady pace. My goal this week is to get to the gym 3 days a week for 30-45 minute sessions.

Stats are as follows; will turn 31 June 23rd Married to my best friend No kids 2 cats Work full time in Project Mgmt. Live in the suburbs if St. Louis, MO Grew up in Maryland - East Coast girl Attending college part time - interest in psychology I am always on phase 1, and never make it to phase 3 I need to loose weight, because I have lost myself in this body that while still cute, is just not me. I would like to have a child some time in the next year, and have been told by my OBG to loose 15-20 pounds before I do so, to assure a healthier pregnancy. I hate exercising, I have a huge problem getting myself to go, even though I have a membership that is paid through October. I need to get it together with regard to my weight, and I am not interested in having surgery, although this website seems to very geared toward that. These are the basics... I hope to use this website to track progress, and stay on track - Wish me luck ...
