SONDRA, Congrats on your one year anniversary. You have lost a great deal of weight in a short time. I know how much better that you must feel. Get back on that wagon gal. Your body still has many more months before your will stop losing!! I can not address the grazing issue as I still have a major fear of food. Therapy is helping me to address some of those issues but each day is a struggle for me to eat. The mind is a powerful thing...stop and look at why you are grazing? Are you playing games with yourself so you will not obtain your goal? Any insecurities with your current weight?? I know that you can do this...find the demon that is haunting you and FIND the good foods to replinish your body. Nourshing ones soul is important as we continue on our way to where we want to be. Best of wishes are being sent your way. KimmieTN

Sondra- I fainted just a couple of weeks ago. There were a couple of culprits. Dehydration (I was low on water consumption and HIGH on coffee consumption which dramatically lowered my blood pressure) and low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). This particular occasion, I had an alcoholic drink, which I rarely do. I had it with food. BUT little did I know that alcohol actually lowers your blood sugar. Mine was 52 when the EMTs arrived. Drink drink drink your water (it took almost two weeks for me to get hydrated enough to have a relatively normal BP) and eat many small meals a day to keep your blood sugars stable. Best wishes to you!

Dear Sondra, I didn't call you today because I knew you would not feel like doing anything but resting after that long, long drive. I wanted you to know that I won't be home for the next 5 days. My mom has cancer and she has taken a turn for the worst so I must go take care of her. I want you to know how proud I am of you. It has taken great strength of charachter for you to face your fears and do what was best for you and your precious baby. Now you have a wedding to look forward to and I bet you will be down about 75 lbs by that time. I am so happy for you. I will call you when I get back. God bless you is my prayer. Kay Your very happy angel :)
