My year journey...

 Hello OH Fam.It's been a while.I had my surgery March 24th,2009.One of the best days of my life...I was a size 22-24 now Im a size 14 top and bottom.I have been working out.I haven't been taking my vitamins like I should.I will start being back on here faihfully like I use to.I realize this isn;t a quick fix.It;s a life change.You have to workout,Change your eating,Take your vitamins,get your protein and drink that water.Everything goes hand and hand..Everyday is a new challenge.I wish everyone well and great success in their journey..Thanks for all the support...

Seven Moths out and looking gooooooooood...

Hello OH fam,Im seven months  out.I lost 65 pounds...I went from a size 22-224 to a size 16.Im a size sixteen bottom and top..m so happy with my results..In work uniforms I went from a size 48 pant and a size 3x to a size 42 pants a size 1x..This is so amazing to me.I feel like a brand new women.The things little people do everyday I can do now like sit in one seat instead of two.Fit in a mid size car and be comfortable...I went fom a large SUV to a Nissan Maxima..It feels good..I can sit in a sit with arms on it without squezing out..Wow I feel amazing...No more double chin.Check out my pictures for yourself.I have come a long way.The RNYY is the best thing..I dont regret anything.I had no complications....

Update Three and a half months...

Hello OH family.Im three and a half months out.42 pounds down.I haven't had any complications.Surgery was the best thing I could have done.I hope everyone is doing fine.I posted some pics.Please check them out when you get a chance.Enjoy the rest of your weekend....

One Month Post-Op

Im one month post op.I've lost 22 pounds.My journey has been wonderful.Im so happy from shedding those pounds.When I get dressed now I can just put on an outfit and go.I've learned so much from my OH friends.I still cant seem to get my water in.I walk five days a week for thirty minutes a day..I will be posting pictures later on today..

My Nine ay Check-UP

I had my nine day check-up yesterday.I lost 12 pounds.Im proud of myself..I had my first wow also.I put on my favorite sandals to wear to the doctor.Yall they were way too wide for me,So I tried on some fushia little heels that I have not been able to get fit in over a year.They fit and I had a little room in them,I was so happy in fact overwhelmed.My feet and ankles use to be so swollen it was embarresing.After the surgery they immediatly went down,,God is good
