GOD IS GOOD!!!!! ALL THE TIME

Hay oh fam!! thanks to all that prayed for me. I'm a week out feeling good.I had my surgery on 26th of aug.I went in to surgery at 11am and in the recovery room at 130pm.  I was in a little pain it wasn't so bad. Thay got me up at around 230. I walked around went
to the bathroom  When I came back out of the bathroom  the nurses had me sit in this big comfy chair and started me on my clear liquids which went down smoothly did a little more walking my doctor came in the room to see me said that I was doing really well and I can come home by seven o'clock that evening,  thank you god without him I would not made it through.I'm going to put some pics up soon I go to my doctor on September 8 so I will update after that. oh fam  keep me in your praise as I will keep others in mine untill next time

hello everyone it's been a minute updated my page.  I've been  so confused about surgery
when I first started researching weight-loss surgery I said I would go with the band but then
when I talk to my surgeon she recommend.the
Gastric bypass for someone of my size so because of what my doctor said I decided to do the gastric bypass.  I really wasn't comfortable with my decision I try to be happy and get used to the idea of getting it but it just wasn't happening for me it just didn't feel right so I talk to  surgeon just two weeks ago and decided to do the band.  And I'm so happy that it did not change the surgery date so everything is still on for tomorrow so  keep me in your prayers and I'll update soon

Hi my oh family, so I went to the doctor yesterday and. I was very nervous because this is my first  time or scale since last week. and I did cheat one day so I was so scared I was like I probably won't lose any weight or I'll just stay the same weight or gain some more. but  I looked down and I actually lost 14 pounds I was so surprised I'm so 
happy i will be asking god to pull me through and help me make it the rest of the 7 week on medifast. oh  family keep me in your prayers until next time

Hello everyone it's been a while since I last updated my page.

Well this is what's going on they changed my surgery date its

August 26. Which is okay with me. Just because I didn't want

to do it on the weekend of my birthday. but I am

so ready to get over to the other side of being Slim. So I did all

my testing on June 19 and if all went well I'm scheduled on the

26th of August. I also started medifast on Friday the 20th

which was pretty hard to do because I had a big party to go to on

Saturday. But I did good it was really hard being around all that

food. So this is how it works I get to have four medifast drinks a day

and one meal. no carbs so I get to have 7 ounces of white meat

and three servings of 1 1/2 cups of vegetables is going to be very hard

I have to be on this diet for about a 8 weeks. I'm praying I make it through

that's it for now I'll update in a couple of weeks or days

anyone that has any questions free to acks or anyone on medfast

maybe we can talk about starving to death lol

I have a date 8/12/08

So I had my first appointment April 18 and the doctor
said that her assistance will call me to schedule all my testing.so a week goes by and I still haven't heard from them.then  i remembered  they might
not have my new number lol how silly of me. So I call them and left a message with the person. I
was supposed to talk and on my way out I checked  my mail got letter from ellis Hospital
they schedule my appointment for all my testing
on june19  and if all goes well my big day is 8-12-08

My Story

Hello my name is Nicole and I'm 30 years old. I've been overweight all my life

am 417 pounds and weight at my biggest. I have been researching this surgery

for about six years now. I almost had the surgery done in 2003 I chickened out

I've been  on just about all the diets out there. I just can't do it by myself I need

help so I decided that I'm going to do this surgery. I will just leave it in God's hands

I have sleep apnea, acid reflux, asthma and I just found out that I have type 2 diabetes

I suffer from severe back pain knee pain I struggle to get in and out of bed always getting

pain all throughout my body when I am walking around I get shortness of breath really really

bad I'm so ready to do this and start living a healthier life and be able to do things that I can't

do now
