Update!!!
I have changed doctors. I will have surgery on Tuesday, July 22. Doctor is Thomas Borland in New Iberia. His cost is much less and I really like what he has to say and feel very comfortable with him.

So....that is where I am....anyone used Dr. Borland or heard anything about him?
