I am down to 153!!!!! so proud of myself.  I am exercising alot and doing well with my eating.  I am looking into getting plastics soo :) It will be a gift to myself for all my hard work and dedication... I am thankful for my new life and the rewards I am blessed with.  I have been given a new lease on life :) I wish everyone on this journey health happiness and perseverance.  Never give up on your self.  Peace!!

9 month surgiversary.  i am down to 165 with 35 more pounds to go to reach 135 lbs!! i started this journey at 291 lbs and i sure am proud of all the hard work and progress ive made thus far!!! i exercise regularly 5 days a week and get my calories between 800-900 most days.  i try for under 800 but its hard the further out i get.  i cant wait to reach goal and get plastics, lord knows i need them.  i love all my nsv's and being able to have energy i didn't have before. i love shocking people who haven't seen me in awhile with how i look now! i will update more later. im very thankful for this new lease on life. amen!!
