How do I thank you all for your prayers this week and even for months from some of you?  I guess one way is to let you know your prayers are being answered.  I have an incredible peace about tomorrow.  I sit here drinking the last Diet Coke that I will drink for quite some time and for some reason it feels great.  I ate a handful of M&M's because my tummy won't be to fond of those maybe ever.  Again, it feels great to be saying so long to that - I understand that the battle has only just begun but I feel so excited about the future.  I am ready to unleash myself from the bondage of food and never in my life have I felt it was possible until this last month.  God is so great and I am sitting at his feet waiting to see where He is going to take me.  I am saying "Here I Am" - not like in a missionary "go to Africa" way, mostly just a total surrender.  (I guess maybe he could send me Africa - who knows?)   Again, thanks for your prayers would you please pray for me tomorrow at 1:30ish- Ben is a little anxious to sit and wait so pray that the time goes quickly for him. Also, Camden is a little scared - he will be glad when I can talk to him tomorrow night!  Please pray that he would have a great day tomorrow and be distracted throughout.   Love to you all. Sandy

These are my authentic feelings about how and why I got to this place in the journey.  I feel total freedom and surrender even this morning as I prepare to head out the door.

God is so Good.
