"Post It" on the fridge

It is so funny how you do things because of habit. I woke up and while still half asleep, I go take the dog out like I do every morning. I fill his bowl up with food and water, and go in the cabinet to grab myself a bowl and some cereal. My kids are with my dad for the next week, so my dog and I were about to have a nice quiet breakfast alone.  Right when I was about to take my first bite, my mom called and said "Baby, don't forget to go out and get your jello today." Damn. I almost took the plunge into my Reese's Puffs. I wasn't even hungry. It was just part of my normal routine. Well tomorrow I am going to put up a Post It on the fridge.
