I totally suck at this!!!

So, I'm nine days post op weighing in at 259.5 and I cheated!! I can't believe I freakin cheated!! I ate little bit of spaghetti! I'm so stupid I'm going to end up in a hospital because I can't follow directions. I need to go to a support group like asap.
