2ND Fill

Hi everyone!

I went in for my 2nd fill yesterday. I am down 44 pounds total, 2 months and 1 day since surgery. I am really happy with everything so far, fills are easy and painless. Back on clear liquids for 2 days, then progressively back to normal. My first fill I really didnt feel much difference, but this one I feel a lot of tightness. Hope to have a good weight loss this month.. I will update you guys as things progress. Peace!

Stacey, Cindy W on the board may be a good source of info. She had a rough time with her lap band because her mom died shortly after she got it, but she's back on track now and doing great. Send her a PM if you need help!

Stacey , YAY for you !!! You are doing great . Just be { and you probably already know this } very careful taking very small bites when you do start on regular foods again . I was very tight and made the mistake of eating to big of bites and to much . I had a hard time { if I waited to long to eat and was really hungry } paying attention to my "stop signal " that is what got me into trouble . I have since straightened that problem out but it wasn't fun . Good luck to you !
