3 Wks and 2 Days POST OP
 Hi all, today i am weighing in @ 234.5 and i am very happy i know i could have lost more but i havent been excersing like i should but i will be getting on track from here on out..well just wanted to give you all a lil update..luv and blessings and take care. total of 32 lbs gone thank GOD!!!!
