    Thursday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

    George, Have the Greatest Ever on the 13th!!! It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Drop by the "Men's Message Board" at- http://www.obesityhe lp.com/forums/men/ -to see how other Guys are doing with their surgeries. A lot of info and advice specifically tailored to Men. I’m just dropping by to let you know that there’s a huge crowd of strangers out here pulling for you and holding you in our prayers. 6 Months out - is anyone really reading this?

Six months and one day out.  7 lbs from goal as of today.  Just 7 lbs.  I find it all so unbelieveable.  

Doctor's appt Monday for 6 month check up.  Already did my labs.  All came back good. No problems at all.

I have a minor problem with stomach discomfort, but it is a small price to pay.  The doc thinks it might be an ulcer.  I really need to get it checked out.
