Surgeon Testimonial David Wernsing, M.D. My about Dr Wernsing are that he was very informative. he is very nice and very confident in what he does. he has pay close attention to my open because of prior surgeries that I have. I really enjoyed his staff I thought they were very nice (Cindy). He is very strict about aftercare. On a scale of 1-10 I give a 10+++ PA Hospital has a really great aftercare program.
