ObesityHelp

 around 4 months? and i now weight 182.5  I just keep trucking on, had some set backs with life in general and been a bit bummed. Im hoping our family gets good news soon.  im pretty bummed out I feel like were being held back and wont have a good life until we get where we need to be. I was hoping that would be later this year, but now I have no clue when that will be, somedays I dont want to wake up . Im hoping we get good news soon :(

Im almost 14 weeks out and I've lost a total of 58.1 lbs. Im learning my body and when it loses weight, there are days/ maybe a week where I wont lose at all, then a few days out of the week where ill lose 2-3 lbs, there are days where I gain 1lb or ounces(ill lose it, but sometimes it takes 4-5days or within the next day, so crazy haha),  then there are the weeks where I drop like crazy! well this week is one of those weeks! I went from 195.3 to 190.9 in 5 days! i love these weeks! I've been walking a crap load at the local mall and walmart. I know that helps. and I have been riding my horse alot more, and thats a work out in its self! anyhow I just wanted to share my progress, and track it   you guys have a good day!!
