  My name is Stephanie and I am 26 and a mother to 3 kids....two daughters ages 7 and 5 and a son who is 10 months old! I have Polycycstic Ovarian Syndrome and have strruggled with my weight since puberty. while I am not at my heaviest right now, and have no other major health issues, I am more than ready to make this lifestyle change and become a much healthier and lighter person!

1 year post op!!

My one year anniversary has come and now gone and I am more than happy with myself and my accomplishments!! I have lost over 83% of my excess body weight and am still losing at a slower yet steady rate! When I started my journey I weighed 356 lbs and today I am 188 lbs! I can not beleive the difference and I have never been this weight as an adult!! Heres to another great year ahead!

New Year...new weight

well 2010 is off to a great start....I am below 300 and this time it is gonna stay off! It was my new years goal to get below that number and I did it as of 1-7-10 I was 296...and counting!

1 month down!!

well One Month down and I am feeling great!! I have lost a total of 33lbs as of December 17!! I am so proud of myself for the first time in this department, and am really excited to see if I hit a goal I set for myself by the new year! I will have to let you know...

2 weeks post op!

Just had my 2 week post op appointment and I am thrilled!! I have lost 14 lbs since surgery....I would have never thought that I would loose that much! I now get to start mushies and so far cottage cheese never tasted better! Cant wait to see whats next!

I did it!!

Idid it!! I had my RNY on November 18, and everything went great!! I am so glad that I did it. I had a "perfect" surgery, very smooth recovery, and so far on my first full day home I have been able to hold down all of the liquids that  I have tried. I couldnt ask for more!
