We managed to move and go on our 10 year anniversary trip. I packed the scale away for a month, due to the move and was surprised I lost 4 pounds and I now weigh less than I did when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter in 1977 !! What a goal.  Not sure what my next goal is, I haven't been down here for a while !!

As of jan 1st, I was officially under 200 pounds, my husband took and bought me 1 carat diamond earrings. I love them !! And my new skinny bod. I bought some 14 and 16 pants, and sent 2 big boxes of clothes my sister in law.

My goal for this year is to try and lose 5 pounds a month..wish me luck.!!! oh yeah and to really exercise..

I turned 53 las t week and made my goal of losing 60 pounds. I am so happy!  Only 9 pounds to go to be less than 200. I'll be in onder-land. How exciting. That is my chritmas/new years goal, then I will celebrate by buying 1 carat diamond earrings....Funny, used to be I would have celebrated with food...

Today has been 12 weeks since my RNY..I can honestly say it has not been easy, I really didn't have any complications from surgery, of which I am very thankful. But it has not been an easy process, breaking old habits and just trying to get enough protien in and all of my fluids.  My hair is falling out, one of my biggest fears, but hopefully this too will pass...tomorrow I am getting it all cut off.....it has been 32 years since I had short hair..it's a brand new me, in more than one way..
