Unrealistic expectations

I think I had and may still have unrealistic expectations with this surgery…I will be 12 weeks out in 2 days and I’m lamenting over the fact that I’ve "only" lost 50 pounds…sheesh, when have I ever lost that amount of weight in less than 3 months?? I guess I’m seeing ...

OK, so I am feeling better. I have my one month follow up appointment today and hope all is well. I feel really good except for weird twinges of pain...or a strange heat on the back of neck...what is that?? Anyway, I will ask my doc today at my one month ...
