    Lydia ~ I read that you just recently had your lab band surgery. I want to wish you well in your recovery & in your journey to a new and healthier life. I am just beginning my process. I have only been to the WLS seminar, conducted by Dr. Ki Oh in Federal Way and I have my first appointment with him on 4/23/08. It feels really good to see someone in our neck of the woods on this website. If you need anything or just need to talk, send me a message.
