I have really slowed down on my losing and its making me mad. I'm at 228 as of this morning. Mostly my fault for lack of exercise. Besides that bad news....my Cocker Spaniel had 8 puppies and they're now 3 weeks old. They're so cute!!! Hopefully I can sell them all ...

Stitches out no problem. My good news is I lost 21 lbs. from my visit last week on Tuesday to today Thursday. Can you believe it...9 days 21 lbs down!!!! Everything is going well for me. I have no regrets. I'm feeling better each day. Doctor gave me the ok ...

Everyday the scale goes lowerand I'm seeing numbers in the 260's already. Remembering my highest weight of 320 back in April...I'm thrilled. And I'm only 9 days out so far. I hope the next phase of my diet will boost my energy/metabolism and keep me moving down the losing road. Today ...
