Why am I scared?!?

As the previous post stated, my employer benefits cover the surgery at 90%, and the only requirement is a 6 month diet. Everything has been laid out for, so far as when I have to weigh in each month, and when I have to meet with the dietician, and so on and so forth. But I have this fear of changing who I am. I know that I need this surgery because all other weight loss methods have failed but I'm scared to actually take what's being handed to me.

Has anyone else felt that way before?

Change is always unnerving. Just take it one day at a time. You are the only one who needs to be comfortable with your decision.

You're right Chris. I've been overweight my ENTIRE life so it's going to be a little hard seeing ME change.

Thanks for the pic comment. Change is hella hard. I almost cancelled my surgery the night before due to anxiety to change but its the best thing i did
