Lost 100 pounds in 6 1/2 months -  I am so happy I have lost 100 pounds since Feb 6th 2012. I feel so much better and feel pretty. It's amazing what losing 100 pounds can do for you in your life!

Calorie question -  At 5 months out how many calories should I be eating each day? My doctor never gives me an answer. I am stuck with my weight and it may be calorie intake. Thanks

Lost 81 pounds in 4 months with pics - Now June 2012 Before June 2011

OMG YAY -  I now weigh 188 and am no longer consider obese, I am now just slightly over weight according to my doctors BMI calculator. How freakin exciting :) I had my surgery Feb. 6 2012 so...

YAY 65 pounds gone -  I am almost 3 months out and I have lost 65.9 pounds and now I have 64 to lose to hit my goal. I am a little over half way there :)

It seems to me -  To me when ever I am upset/disappointed my pouch doesnt want me to eat. Does this happen to you?
