i did all the tests / my approvel

I went on the 7 /28  /09 to do all my test ,( kg) (chest exray)(blood work)in the morning and my appt with the nutriutin+excersise+ pycholgest all was the same day at 3:00. i fineshed everything in one day . i ask when will they send for my approvel they said give us a week and call us back so i did ,i called on monday 8/4/09 and they said they sent it today which was the 4th of august. wensday i was out so i got home thur. and went down to my kitchen to star washing dishes, i saw my answering machine blinking , i played it and it was my insurence company saying i was APPROVED................... i was so happy.............. right after that message it was the doctors office calling me to let me no i was approved. so my surgery is set 4 9/22/09 ,

I went to meet the doctor

hello, i went to meet the the  doc. he was so nice . i was shocked and very happy at  the same time when i found out from the front desk nurse that i dont have to go thru a  and s the 6month weight mannager with the nutrien. well i spoke to surgent  and he explained everything to me . i also paid  $ 300 for the weight mangment and such and such..... my appt for that is 7 26/09. and they need to run the regulary test that they do ,so i have to go to my PRIMEMER DOCT TO SEND TO THE RIGHT PLACE TO GET THEM DONE . after all that and my surgent getts the results ,then they will send 4 my aprovel from my insurence. i also forgot to give them my nessisety letter so they told me to bring it on 26th . till next time byeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I met the doctor
on July 25, 2009 6:55 am
i got a call on 7/16/09 from the surgent office , they gave me a oppt on the 7/24/09. i got so scard.

HELLO, MY NAME IS NOUR,
IM 234 LB, IBM 43. I HAVE 3 KIDS AND A HUSBAND. AFTER I HAD MY LAST BABY IN APRIL,03,09 I COULDN'T TAKE THE PAIN IM IN FROM MY HEELS , YOU YOUS YOUR LEGS TO WALK AND WORK AND KEEP UP WITH KIDS ANS SO MUCH MORE. I SOME TIMES CRY FROM THE PAIN I GET FROM MY HEELS. THE DOCTOR TELLS ME THE REASON IM HAVING THIS PAIN IS BECAUSE OF WEIGHT ,MY WEIGHT IS ALL ON MY HEELS AND THATS WHY IM IN THIS PAIN ALSO MY LEFT KNEE LOCKS ON ME WHEN IM WALKING. AND MY DEPRESSION THATS A NOTHER THING .I HAVE KEY STONE MERCY i mad a appt with a nutrionest my appt is on 7/9/09, she told me that i would be sceen every two weeks for 3 month it equals to 6 month. i also sended my apl. to the surgent office ,still waiting to get a call from them.my phy gave me a nasisty letter i dont no who am i spous to give it to? loool
