I'm Back

Well fam...It's been a while since I have posted anything, but I'm gonna try to get back into this thing.  It's been a long journey and I am proud to say that at my two year check up, I gained a total of 4lbs. So I was very happy about that. It's been a long road paved with minor injuries and set backs, but I have maintained so thank God for that.  I am considering having a tummy tuck so if there are any of you out there that can share there experience with me, please feel free to do so...until next time, stay safe.

1 Year Anniversary

Well fam, it's been a while since my last post, but I felt the need to update. Yesterday, was my one year anniversary for the bypass. Hard to believe a year ago, I was 429 lbs. and miserable. Today I weigh in at a happy, but still not content, 249 lbs. 180 gone, and 29 more to go. Thanks for all or the love and support I have recieved over the past year.

FINALLY!  I HAVE REACHED THE 100 lbs. LOST POST SURGERY! ONLY 106 MORE TILL I REACH GOAL!  SOUNDS A LITTLE SCARY TO ME!  THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT!  THIS IS A GREAT SUPPORT SYSTEM!

100 lb Challenge

It's OFFICIAL... I HAVE REACHED A 100lb goal from my heaviest weight, not the surgery itself.  I also reached a goal of not having to use a seat belt extender while flying.  Thanks to everyone and their support.  Will be posting some new pics of my vacation soon.  GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
