Letter from team - Received recommendation letter - 11/18/2008
1. revision group =  went to meeting - 11/21/2008

Things - waiting on  
1. Insurance approval = medicare
2. Surgery date - will be scheduled
3. Pre - Op Education Class
4. Pre - Op Lab Work
5. Surgery

I am having some serious health issues & complications from prior surgery. I am having (revision). My surgeon has stated fairly quickly.
I am hoping before Jan 1, 2009. Need a lot of support & prayers

My Information Meeting - Nutrionist, Insurance & Consult
Also. I had a appointment with psychologist - DR. STOTE.

Because, I am having a (Revision) things are a little different for
me... I am hoping ..Things will go quickly..
Due to having issues with my past surgery -  from 1981.
I am going to learn a new way to deal with food (to improve my life).

With all my health issues..I have realize..This is the solution to a major life change..I know my entire life will improve.
Support - Diet - Excerise - Follow Up & Staying Focused on Life change
& eating live ~~~>> not living to eat ~~>> major keys in positive transition. 

I am now waiting on Pre -Op &  My surgery date !
